MDM Restaurant and Bar Group was founded by Real Estate and hospitality expert Michael Messinger alongside his wife, Danielle, who have transformed historical San Pedro Square in downtown San Jose’s entertainment district. Housed under the MDM brand are The Farmers Union, San Pedro Social and Blanco Urban Venue, with a second location in Livermore to open in early 2026.
